All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We offer store credit on eligible returns initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Some exclusions apply—please read our Delivery & Returns Policy for full details.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may return your purchase (if eligible) for store credit and place a new order.
Yes, most of our garments are crafted from premium natural fibers like 100% Pima cotton and linen, and are machine washable on gentle cycles. Please refer to the care label sewn inside each garment for specific washing instructions.

Yes! Our packaging is designed to feel like opening a treasure. Each order is carefully wrapped in our signature tissue, ribbon-tied, and ready to delight. If you'd like to include a gift message, just leave a note at checkout.

We use trusted carriers and provide tracking details with every shipment. If your package seems lost or delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you. Mon Petit Chéri is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.
